Clune Construction has agreed to acquire JLL's Washington, DC construction arm effective October 1, 2015. In 2006, JLL acquired the construction services component of the real estate development firm Spaulding & Slye. The construction group has 40 years of local experience and skilled professionals with an average tenure of 15 years in the industry. This prestigious and well-established team will now contribute to the depth of experience provided by the Clune team in Washington, DC, combining Clune's commitment to integrity in construction with deep market knowledge delivered by trusted industry professionals.
