Rubble Tile’s Newest Stone-Look Porcelain Collections, Tudor Stone & Kensington

Stone-look porcelain has come a long way. With today’s technology, it’s possible to use porcelain tile in place of natural stone tile without sacrificing beauty, elegance, or even luxury. Designers and homeowners choose porcelain over stone for a number of reasons, but the most compelling are the low maintenance requirements and comparable affordability.

Our two newest porcelain collections, Tudor Stone and Kensington, take stone-look to the next level in terms of how realistic and natural they are when used in commercial or residential projects. Both collections are quite versatile because of their transitional style, making them an appealing option for traditional and modern design.

Tudor Stone by Del Conca USA

Tudor Stone is a fine example of the level of detail in all of Del Conca USA’s porcelain collections. Not only is this series unbelievably realistic, but it also has a full range of sizes, including multiple mosaic options and trim pieces.

There are four pleasant, neutral colors to choose from:  Noce, Grigio, Bianco, and Beige.

The variety of available sizes is one of the many reasons Tudor Stone works well in residential or commercial spaces. The field tile options come in 12″ x 12″, 12″ x 24″, and the fun 6″ x 24″ large plank. These larger sizes are ideal for commercial projects like hotels, restaurants and public buildings.

Tudor Stone offers two mosaic options to compliment the larger field sizes, which makes it a superb choice for residential areas like bathrooms and kitchens. The 1″x1″ mosaic is great for shower floors or backsplashes, while the Rubik mosaic exudes a hand-cut, artisan quality for a more traditional style.

To finish off the series, Del Conca USA added the 3″ x 12″ bullnose, and the 5/8″ x 24″ Brushed Metal Listello.

Kensington Is Not Your Everyday Subway Brick Look

The subway tile and brick shape have been around since at least the Art Deco Movement, and is here to stay. From farmhouse style residences to classic traditional spaces, the look is nearly ubiquitous. With Kensington, Del Conca USA has designed something a little different by creating a long plank size. This streamlined series offers three colors in the very cool 3″ x 16″ plank.

When installed, these transitional tiles look great in modern or more traditional spaces. Kensington is a smart option for urban loft walls, restaurants, or virtually any type of project.
