Home renovation finished products
This house is a gut rehab¹ job. My team and I started this project in April 2019 and it is now complete and ready for occupancy. It’s a great honor to help the family get done and move in before winter arrived.
It took us roughly 4 months starting with pulling permit and completion.
We removed and reframed the whole house with 9 feet ceiling on the 2nd floor with an open layout concept. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the 2nd floor. First-floor open foyer with 2 big skylights to bring in more daylight to brighten up the area. Also, the first floor has a master suite and a walkout patio deck. Most importantly is the house completed on time so people can be ready for Thanksgiving dinner.
