Millenia’s new neighborhoods have won major awards for design and architecture at the SoCal Awards, sponsored by the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Southern California and Greater Sales and Marketing Council and the Icon Awards, presented by the BIA of San Diego.

In both competitions, Meridian Communities’ Metro, Trio and Evo neighborhoods were honored as the “Attached Community of the Year.”

- Best Interior Merchandising of an Attached Home Plan – Plan 3 of Shea Homes’ Z at Millenia
