Parmenter Realty Partners announced today that Rambler Park has been awarded the first LEED Platinum for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance certification in Dallas and North Texas. The prestigious certification of LEED Platinum highlights the distinctive Dallas office setting offered by Rambler Park with its high quality, sustainable environment and direct DART access.

The LEED Platinum certification recognizes excellence in sustainability in ongoing building operations that must be demonstrated through actual performance data proving that operational efficiencies are maximized and environmental impacts are minimized.

Rambler Park earned LEED Platinum certification through performance of ongoing sustainability features at the building, including:
- Rambler Park is rated among the top performers in EPA’s ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager with a score of 93.
- A large number of tenants use alternative transportation options offered, especially the Walnut Hill DART station, recently connected to the Rambler Park building.
- Rambler Park documents green practices during renovations, including construction waste recycling, sustainable renovation product purchases, and Indoor Air Quality management of construction activities.
- Parmenter Realty Partners requires the use of green cleaning products and methods at Rambler Park, and extends sustainability requirements to landscaping, window washing, and pest control service providers.

Rambler Park is a 14-story, 310,771 square foot office building located one half mile east of I-75 Central Expressway with convenient access to the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, and Lake Highlands neighborhoods.
