Simon, a global leader in retail real estate, announced the location for its Tulsa Premium Outlets® in the City of Jenks, Oklahoma.
This much-anticipated project will be built along the south side of Creek Turnpike just west of the Arkansas River in Jenks's River District. The first phase of the development will be approximately 325,000 square feet and feature 80 to 90 stores offering residents and tourists exceptional brands at extraordinary savings. Construction in Jenks is scheduled to start in spring 2016 with an opening in summer 2017.
