AFS Breaks Ground on New 30,000-Square Foot Building in Shreveport

AFS, the recognized leader in freight and parcel audit and shipping software, announces a groundbreaking ceremony on a new 30,000 sq. ft. building at the intersection of LA-3132 and Ellerbe Road in Shreveport on Monday, February 16, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. The new facility, designed to support AFS’ tremendous growth, will be built next to the Capital One Bank branch on Ellerbe Road.

In attendance will be the approximately 100 employees based in Shreveport, wearing a company-themed shirt, hard hat, and carrying a shovel in support and celebration for the company's expansion into a new facility.

"The only reason we are successful is because of our people," said Jeff Harper, President of AFS. "We're having all of our Shreveport employees join us to participate in this momentous occasion."

With the new facility comes a more collaborative workspace, allowing AFS to work more efficiently with its growing list of 1,500 clients. AFS has eight US operations offices and one in India with this latest build being their largest.
