FLSmidth has received a contract from Xuan Thanh Cement to supply equipment for a brownfield cement production line in the Ha Nam province of Vietnam. The value of the contract is about DKK 550 million.
FLSmidth will plan and create the new clinker production line and provide energy-efficient equipment for the whole production from crushing to clinker silo. It is expected that the order will be completely delivered by the end of 2020, and once functional, the production line will have a volume of 12,500 tons per day.
Xuan Thanh Cement placed a similar order in 2015 for a production line that has been working successfully from the year 2017.

The order becomes operational soon, engineering work is carried out in the coming months, and the main revenue will be documented during 2020.
