Mountville, Pa—Dan O’Bryon has joined AHF Products as chief financial officer. In this role, O’Bryon will provide financial leadership for the business and will report directly to AHF products president & CEO, Brian Carson.

“He has proven to be a strong leader in highly demanding environments and has been successful supporting both greenfield and M&A driven growth strategies with former companies where he worked,” Carson said. “We are very enthusiastic to have Dan join the leadership team at AHF and are equally excited about the depth and breadth of financial acumen and background he brings to our company.”

O’Bryon began his career working at York International followed by 10 years at Moen, Inc., in primarily cost accounting, controllership and FP&A roles, supporting a variety of internal clients including operating plants and corporate groups such as sales, marketing and product development. From Moen, he moved to PolyOne Corporation as a director of finance for its distribution business, a strong cash-flow-generating unit that provided much of the funding for the company’s M&A activity. O’Bryon went on to assume the corporate treasurer role with PolyOne where he supported a variety of acquisitions and divestitures, raising and deploying cash in deals up to $500 million while simultaneously leading a $600 million bond raise for the company. O’Bryon most recently sat in the CFO seat (since 2015) with International Materials, LLC a privately held $2-plus billion commodities trading and logistics company with offices in nine countries around the world.

O’Bryon is originally from Bel Air, Md., and attended Houghton College where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in both Nuclear Physics and Business Administration and then went on to receive his MBA from Loyola University.
