Woodbury, N.Y.— Stanton added to its leadership team with a new CFO. The company said it also promoted several members from within to position itself for future success.

“With Stanton’s current and future growth initiatives, entry into LVP, decorative commercial and continued innovation in soft surface, we are excited at these milestone hires and promotions to enhance and grow our in-house talent to stay ahead of demand and exceed our goals,” said Jonathan Cohen, CEO.

Sanft joined Stanton in February 2021 with financial and executive experience that will be a great long-term asset, the company said. His previous positions include CFO at Marquee Brands, executive vice president and CFO at Luxury Optical Holdings, vice president, financial planning and analysis at Ann Inc., and vice president finance at Victoria’s Secret Beauty. Sanft’s leadership as a strategic thought and business partner for the company will help further support return-on-investment goals, the company said.

Christine Zampaglione, senior director of marketing

Zampaglione joined the company in late 2019 and quickly pivoted Stanton’s overall marketing strategy to amplify digital channels, further define the brands and improve marketing initiatives across the board. Her restructuring and thoughtful vision of the marketing department, coupled with extensive knowledge of digital marketing, elevated the company’s digital presence and quality of messaging. Her marketing career extends back over 25 years in the home furnishings space, recently as director of marketing for Kravet Inc., where she was instrumental in launching CuratedKravet.com.

John Rocconi, senior director hard surface

Rocconi joined the Stanton team in January 2019 to assume the newly created role of sales and marketing operations director. With Rocconi’s prior sales and product management experience at Mannington, he’s been able to provide crucial support and direction on initiatives, the company said. Rocconi has been instrumental in helping lead Stanton’s entrance into hard surface with the introduction of decorative waterproof flooring in January 2020. The promotion reflects his further involvement with all aspects of Stanton’s hard surface growth plans.

Adam Feldberg, senior director product and innovation

Feldberg previously held the position of product development manager where he was responsible for all brands under the Stanton umbrella, including Antrim, Hibernia, Crescent, Rosecore and Stanton. Feldberg began his career with the company in July 2016 when Stanton acquired his family business, Crescent Carpet. In the new role, Feldberg will continue to push the capabilities of design and innovation for the individual brands while further developing fiber technology with Stanton’s supply partners.
