Manchester, NH—CCA Global’s University training program and curriculum have been recognized as one of the top 100 nationwide with a 2021 Training Top 100 designation, awarded by Training magazine.

Training magazine, the leading business publication for Learning and Development (L&D) professionals, ranked companies’ excellence in employer-sponsored training and development programs in 2020 to compile the list.

In 2020, CCA Global University rolled out its new Fast Start program. The virtual, five-day course provides sales professionals at all experience levels skills to understand the standards of performance. It also teaches them how to improve customer interactions, build their book of business, boost key sales metrics, such as close rate and average ticket, strengthen their brand knowledge and best practices on gaining integral referrals and reviews.

“This year has been challenging, and I couldn’t be prouder of how our team has deftly navigated our training efforts,” said Nicole Harding, vice president of CCA Global University. “To be recognized for our training programs, especially in 2020, is particularly gratifying. We’re so proud of our training team for all they’ve achieved and continue to achieve.”

Training magazine editor-in-chief, Lorri Freifeld, also noted earning this recognition in a year like 2020 makes it even more significant. “This makes the extraordinary accomplishments of the 2021 Training Top 100 organizations even more noteworthy,” she said. “We salute these best-in-class organizations for their steadfast dedication to continuous employee learning and development, their agility and innovation in transforming their training delivery in response to the pandemic and their passionate commitment to the current and future success of their people.”
