CersaieBolonga, Italy— Cersaie will take place in person here at the Bologna Exhibition Center from Sept. 27-Oct. 1 and will feature its newly built space, Contract Hall. The show will be the the first in-person international trade fair here after the reopening.

According to show organizers, rhe new space in Hall 18 is designed for networking between the production and design industries and clients in the real estate and contract sectors. The new Contract Hall has a c-shaped layout, a letter that stands for “contract” as well as the concepts of “connection” and “concreteness,” all of which are key aspects of Cersaie 2021, organizers said. At the center of the space stands Archincont(r)act, a 21,527-square-foot plaza hosting ten leading international architecture firms renowned for high-quality design work in the various areas of real estate, organizers added.

Surrounding it are the exhibition spaces assigned to leading industrial companies operating in the fields of kitchens, interior and exterior finishes, lighting technology and home automation, outdoor design and wellness, sectors that complement ceramic tile and bathroom furnishings in real estate projects. The successful B2B exhibition format adopted in Contract Hall has been thoroughly tested over seven editions of Cersaie and received an honorable mention at the Compasso d’Oro awards in 2020, according to the organizers.
