ComparablyLos Angeles—Emser Tile, leading designer, marketer and producer of the world’s finest tile and natural stone, won two 2022 awards from Comparably.com for Best Operations Team and Best Sales Team–the only flooring company represented on each list. This is the second year in a row that Emser Tile has been honored in these categories.

According to the company, Comparably’s Best Operations Team and Best Sales Team lists were derived from sentiment ratings provided by current employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com over the past 12 months. Nearly 20 different workplace culture categories were measured, from compensation, leadership, and co- workers to work-life balance, professional development opportunities, and perks and benefits. All ratings were provided from March 20201 through March 2022.

“Recognizing our operations and sales teams for two years running reinforces that we continue to affect positive growth within our company,” said Carl Delia, president, Emser Tile. “That translates into delivering the highest level of service and support to our customers. We want to again, thank the Comparably team for continuing to recognize companies with the very best workplace environments, no matter how extraordinary these times may continue to be.”
