Las Vegas— i4F will be exhibiting at TISE 2023 for the fifth year in a row. This year’s show takes place here at the Mandalay Bay conference centre from Jan. 31–Feb. 2, 2023. i4F’s management team will be on-site for the duration of the exhibition.

This year, i4F’s 2500-square-foot booth (#3047), depicting the “World of i4F” will focus on the importance of water-resistant and sustainable process innovations, highlighting i4F AquaProtect, its latest water-swell resistant technology for laminate and i4F Be-Lite offering sustainable savings in SPC production. The company said it will also share details on the rebranding of its breakthrough ceramic grout imitating surface finishing technologies as well as introduce Click4U PRO, its latest drop-lock technology specially designed for professional installers. i4F’s wall installation system shown on the booth will demonstrate how manufacturers can easily enter new floor-to-wall markets.

“This year, the entire global flooring industry is free to visit Surfaces, making the show ever more important,” said John Rietveldt, CEO, i4F. “For us, 2023 is a year of focused growth. We are deepening our industry relationships and expanding existing technologies as well as building new future-proof innovations. i4F process technologies form a powerful ‘base camp’ from which manufacturers can quickly and cost-effectively increase their offerings through valuable add-ons, from the floor upwards. Our technologies are designed to stimulate demand creation while embracing accessibility and interoperability.”

Click4U PRO is a unique drop-lock in/angle out installation system that builds on the success of i4F’s existing Click4U technology, used on billions of square feet of installed flooring. The new system provides installers with a highly flexible and easier way to lay patterned flooring. This drastically reduces time wasted on adjustments as well as maximizes their ability to install more complex decorative flooring, according to the company.

i4F AquaProtect is a high-precision, resource-saving impregnation technology that protects laminate-core HDF boards from water swell by up to 75%, thus increasing dramatically their overall water resistance. The technology applies a hydrophobic impregnation agent, avoiding unnecessary overspray and seals the joint edges of both V-grooved and non-V-grooved laminate panels, according to the company. Laminate treated with AquaProtect meets all recognized international laminate water-resistance standards and tests, including NALFA and ISO 4760.

i4F Be-Lite technology enables a significant reduction in the use of core SPC raw materials during the manufacturing process of decorative panels without compromising on performance. SPC panels produced using i4F Be-Lite are significantly lighter, making them a lot less expensive to produce and transport. This is said to significantly improve the flooring industry’s carbon footprint while remaining attractive to manufacturers by also delivering cost savings.

i4F’s other cutting-edge solutions in the areas of drop-lock installation technologies, digital printing, surface finishing, wall and ceiling installation systems, board and panel compositions, as well as manufacturing process technologies, will all be on show.
