ProGrout PlusOrlando, Fla.—Merkrete, A Parex USA brand, is expanding its line of industry-leading grout solutions by introducing a high-performance grout here next week at Coverings 2023, held April 18-21. The company will exhibit its new ProGrout Plus at booth #3638. Visitors will experience firsthand Merkrete’s innovative grout solutions formulated for appeal, usability and durability.

“ProGrout Plus is the latest step in our tile systems’ offering evolution,” said Merkrete director of sales, Todd Boos. “We are excited to have once again delivered an innovative, new product that exceeds the expectations of our customers who demand a high-performance grout that provides bold, durable results without job site callbacks. As always, when the industry speaks, Merkrete listens.”

ProGrout Plus is Merkrete’s new high-performance, fast-setting, dustless grout that delivers hard, durable joints. The color-consistent, efflorescence-free grout is ideal for interior and exterior residential and commercial installations. ProGrout Plus is suitable for dimensional stone, slate, granite, stone agglomerates and most types of ceramic, ceramic mosaic, quarry, brick paver, porcelain, glass and clay tile installations. In addition, the grout will not effloresce and does not require sealing. The new grout is approved for joints ranging from 1⁄16 inches to 1⁄2 inch (1.5mm to 13mm) in width, eliminating the need for multiple grout products.

In addition to booth visits, attendees will learn more about the product’s features and benefits at the venue’s Trends and Solutions Stage on opening day. Brett Mauney, national technical manager, will provide a first look at the new grout at 1:30 p.m. Attendees will have a chance to ask questions and determine all the ways ProGrout Plus will make their tiling business thrive.
