Chicago, Ill.— Iris Ceramica Group introduced Luce, a dynamic collaboration with Rome-based fashion design house Maison Gattinoni’s style director, Guillermo Mariotto. The chiaroscuro-inspired Luce collection plays with light, shadows and movement to elevate environments with the sinuous draping effects of flowing fabrics, according to the company. Colors available in the Luce collection include: Black, Blu, Gold, Grey, Pearl and Silver.

Iris Ceramica, a brand part of Iris Ceramica Group, introduced the Elementi range, which includes three distinct collections for floor applications (Elementi Pietra, Elementi Lava and Elementi Terra) and one collection for wall applications (Elementi Rivestimento).

The new clay-inspired Stardust collection from Porcelain Gres is available in the following intense shades—Aquamarine, Ash, Clay, Ground, Lava, Moonlight, Ocean and Terra. Both the ceramic mix and the surface are enriched with small colored flakes, real “stardust” that embellishes and strengthens the material, according to the company.

The new striking polished Italian marble looks in the Maximum Marmi range of premium Italian, large-format porcelain panels include: Bardiglio Sublime, Breccia Mirabile, Cremo Superiore, Lepanto Rubino, Divine Blue, Grand Carnico, Nero Damascato, Alpi Chiaro Venato and Majestic Onyx. These new high-tech architectural surfaces include the latest in Iris Ceramica Group’s advanced technology and manufacturing capabilities and years of continuous research, according to the company.

Produced in Italy, the Maximum Marmi 120 x 60 large-format slabs are inspired by the fine veins, color variations and elegant details, according to the company. The collection is available in the following dimensions, in polished or semi-polished finishes: 120 x 60, 120 x 40, 60 x 60, 60 x 40, 40 x 40, 60 x 30, 30 x 30 and 30 x 15.

Maximum Marmi’s large-format, 120 x 60, 6mm-thick tiles allow large areas to be covered with a uniform cladding that further enhances the beauty of rooms, while the sub-formats offer the designer flexibility of application, according to the company.

The large, 120 x 60 tile format and sub-formats also allow the cladding of facades, walls and floors of buildings, guaranteeing levels of performance that only porcelain stoneware can provide, including durability, resistance to mechanical stress and chemical attack, high absorption resistance and easy cleaning.

The new collections are now available for the U.S. market through the company’s own distributors, Transceramica and EuroWest, as well as through its nationwide network of distributors.

Sustainability is a key principle of Iris Ceramica Group’s philosophy. Iris Ceramica Group’s commitment to environmental issues and its sustainability positioning distinguishes the brand in the global porcelain and ceramic marketplace, according to the company. The company is recognized globally for its environmental commitment and certifications: ISO 1400, EMAS (EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) and over 250 materials are LEED certified.
