Atlanta, Ga.—LG Hausys Floors announced a new partnership with NRF Distributors, a family-owned floor covering products distributor based in Augusta, Maine. NRF will be the exclusive distributor for LG Hausys Floors’ expansive lineup of premium residential and commercial luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and stone plastic composite (SPC) products. As the leading distributor in the region, NRF will bring the well-known LG Hausys brand and its flooring solutions to more than 2,500 customers across eight states in the Northeast, the company said.

According to LG Hausys Floors regional sales manager, Jason Creel, the partnership is a perfect fit between two like-minded organizations. “Both NRF and LG Hausys embrace innovation and customer service. Our partnership allows NRF to expand their product offering with the highly recognized LG Hausys brand name. In return, we gain an experienced partner with a well-established customer base in a highly desirable region as we continue to grow our national distribution footprint.”

NRF Distributors has a long history in the flooring industry. Founded in 1973 by Norman Pomerleau, the company is still family run with four generations of the Pomerleau family involved in daily operations at the over 300-person company. NRF maintains a 325,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art warehouse that enables the company to stock an expansive inventory of products. This, along with its private fleet of 60-trucks, allows customers to receive shipments twice a week. The company has achieved a 99.97% delivery accuracy rate through this innovative logistics setup.

“We believe our partnership with LG Hausys Floors will bring multiple benefits to our specialty retail customers,” said Megan Stred, product manager of commercial at NRF. “LG Hausys Floors’ resilient products have a look and texture you don’t see with other LVT products; the imaging and detail are really amazing. With a strong lineup of residential and commercial products, we’re in a position to meet the various resilient flooring needs of our customers while offering something truly different to the marketplace.”

Among the LVT, SPC and commercial sheet products NRF will be carrying is the Artistry collection. Featuring six plank and six tile visuals, it brings the dynamic mix-and-match design concept to resilient flooring, the company said. Part of the LG Hausys Floors’ PRESTG line of premium SPC flooring, products within the collection feature a proprietary multi-gloss embossed-in-register (M-EIR) technology that creates a range of gloss effects. The result yields highly detailed and realistic natural wood and stone looks and textures unseen in LVT products today, the company said.

All LG Hausys Floors distributor partners are given exclusive territories with the rights to sell and market the LG Hausys brand and its flooring program, according to the comany. Distributor partners receive the full backing, including marketing and sales resources, to help them excel in their markets, the company said. Targeting best-in-class distributors who have expertise with commercial and residential flooring products, NRF joins LG Hausys Floors’ other distributor partners including All South Flooring, CDC Distributors and Yorkshore Sales.
