Louisville, Ky.—Louisville Tile Distributors is opening its Chicago area Pro Shop. The opening of the Pro Shop is a continuation of the integration of Mid America Tile into the Louisville Tile family. Louisville Tile’s acquisition of Mid America Tile in October 2022 marked its first expansion into the Chicago market. With this acquisition, Louisville Tile now has 13 branches in six states.

The company said this addition of the Pro Shop represents the 13th Pro Shop in the Louisville Tile Distributors system. A key supplier and partner to contractors throughout the Midwest, Louisville Tile has become known for its ability to provide access to everything its contractor clients/partners need in one location.

“With the addition of the Pro Shop in our Elk Grove location, Louisville Tile has immediately become a market leader in the Chicago market,” said Philip Slouka, territory manager, Louisville Tile. “We now can offer all of the best products and tools to Chicago area tile contractors and builders.”

In addition to the tools and products, Louisville Tile will also provide complimentary technical training through hosted events to all its professional tile installation customers.
