Viewers can select a project by space to see who designed that space.

Athens, Ga.—Dalton Carpet One has taken the wraps off its newly redesigned website. The new site features a streamlined, modern design, improved functionality and the ability to purchase interior design and project management services directly on the site. It also offers easy access to essential information to help customers make well-informed decisions about their flooring, interior design, cabinet and countertop needs.

“This website redesign truly makes it easier for each visitor to have the same experience and access to our robust service information, product offerings and design inspiration as they would by walking into one of our showrooms or design centers,” said J.R. Allred, president of Dalton Carpet One.

Created with the user experience in mind, the site includes many new features to help users quickly and easily navigate the site and discover what Dalton Carpet One can do for them. New features include: improved user experience and aesthetics; more localized content; and full design services with design packages and a la carte options. In fact, viewers can select a project by space to see who designed that space and then contact the designer directly if they like their style. Users can also watch testimonials videos that include feedback from customers.

“Our primary goal during the redesign process was to showcase who we are as well as the level of service, design and installation that has become signature to Dalton Carpet One,” said Kristin Sailors, marketing manager and the driver behind the new website. “Specifically, we wanted to focus on making it easier for our users to learn and locate valuable information about our services and products.”
