Bruce-branded adhesivesDalton—Taylor is bringing three new Bruce adhesives to market designed to install new glue-down AHF resilient flooring products, according to Paul Murfin, president of Taylor. This continues the growth of the Bruce-branded adhesives programs by Taylor that began in May 2020, through an exclusive partnership arrangement with AHF.

“With the expansion into commercial products along with our residential SPC program, partnering with Taylor on a full resilient adhesive line was a no brainer,” said Wendy Booker, vice president, marketing and product development with AHF. “A Bruce-branded resilient adhesive line continues to leverage Taylor’s tremendous reach and provides contractors a full breadth of Bruce hard surface adhesives.”

Taylor’s Murfin added, “With these three new resilient adhesives, combined with our Bruce wood adhesives, we now offer AHF distributors a complete and comprehensive line for most glue-down applications. Plus, there is enhanced warranty coverage when Bruce adhesives and flooring are used together.”

Included in the new Bruce resilient adhesives lineup are: Apex Pro, BondLink and TuffLink. All three are manufactured by Taylor and supplied by Taylor through AHF’s approved distributor network.

Bruce Contract Apex Pro is a one-part, installer-friendly adhesive that is waterproof and offers an unlimited moisture vapor barrier. May also be used with AHF brands Hartco Contract, LM Flooring Contract and Robbins Contract.

Bruce Contract BondLink is a Transitional Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) that cross-links into a hard-set bond, securely locking flooring into place. May also be used with AHF brands Hartco Contract, LM Flooring Contract and Robbins Contract.

Bruce TuffLink is engineered to bond over 30 flooring types (resilient, carpet, cork, rubber, etc.) and provides the cross-linking advantages of hard-set adhesives. May also be used with AHF brands Capella, Hartco, LM Flooring and Robbins.
