Wauwatosa, Wis.—Bostik, Inc., will be presenting during this year’s Total Solutions 2020 via virtual conferencing on Thursday, Oct. 22 at 11:00 a.m. CST. The interactive educational presentation, titled “Intelligent Enclosure Solutions, an Introduction to Ventilated Facade Assemblies,” will be presented by Adam Abell, market manager of Tile & Stone Bostik, Inc., and Daniel Sanchez, national sales manager of Bostik Latin America.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn:

  • The components and terminology associated with ventilated facades.
  • The major types of facade claddings and assemblies; benefits, challenges & opportunities.
  • The benefits of a ventilated facade and understanding the positive contributions to our environment and job site safety.

Lastly, construction attendees will be introduced to Bostik’s state-of-the-art ventilated facade cladding system, Panel Tack. Successfully used for nearly 30 years throughout Europe, and also a decade in Latin America, its “chemical-method” installation system offers top architects and contractors myriad reasons why it should be specified over traditional and outdated “mechanical” processes, the company said.

“This is a great opportunity for us to introduce our new product to the contractors who are finding themselves working with larger porcelain panel systems on the exteriors of buildings,” Abell said.

The Panel Tack system is roughly 30% faster to install than any mechanical system offered on today’s market, the company said. The CTDA, NTCA, TCAA and TCNA have teamed up again this year to deliver an even bigger joint Virtual Conference in 2020. Total Solutions Plus will provide several educational sessions, networking opportunities and feature a Virtual Exhibit Hall! The Conference takes place October 26-30, 2020.
