Dallas, Texas—Daltile’s new click tile, RevoTile, was recently selected as the flooring choice for units being refreshed in the 51-story luxury residential high-rise, The VUE, in Charlotte, N.C. RevoTile is said to install two times faster than traditional tile, saving The VUE time and effort during the refresh process of individual units, the company said.

“As the tallest residential high-rise building between New York and Miami, The VUE has defined luxury apartment living in North Carolina’s largest city,” said Jonathan Studioso, senior architectural representative for Dal-Tile Corporation. “VUE management was looking for an upscale flooring solution for the refreshes, and I knew that Daltile’s innovative RevoTile click floor tile would be the perfect fit.

“The most important differentiator that leads to the selection of RevoTile for multi-family properties is that RevoTile can be installed so quickly,” Studioso said. “RevoTile enables properties to quickly change out flooring as tenants turn over. Because our RevoTile porcelain tile floating floor system installs two times faster than traditional tile, installation of the new floors in The VUE have typically been completed in one day. Waterproof RevoTile installs right over many existing floors, so demolition has not been necessary in The VUE floor installations.”
