Lancaster, Pa.—Designers and commercial flooring contractors partnered with Armstrong Flooring on projects that won seven 2020 Design Awards from Starnet Commercial Flooring, including the coveted 2020 Grand Prize. Winning projects spanned commercial segments including healthcare, education and hospitality.

“It is always exciting to see our resilient flooring products crafted into stunning installations, throughout various segments,” said Brent Flaharty, senior vice president and chief customer experience officer. “We are thankful to our partners at Starnet who submitted these projects for award consideration as well as the architects and designers who had the faith in our product line to specify them in their projects. Our entire organization is proud to see our flooring products in action.”

Jim Lloyd, owner of Cornerstone Commercial Flooring that covers Baton Rouge, Lafayette and New Orleans, La., who earned the 2020 Grand Prize added, “As our team gathered to watch the Design Awards, it was a special moment to see the pride and enthusiasm on everyone’s faces. We’re honored to earn the Gold Award in the Education category for the second year in a row and were absolutely thrilled to receive the 2020 Grand Prize.
