Dalton—Philadelphia Commercial, leading Mainstreet brand of Shaw Industries, has released its 2024 soft and hard surface introductions designed for universal appeal across all Mainstreet market segments with a special focus on tenant improvement, education and resident living market segments. The brand selected target markets in areas where it is best poised to meet customer needs, developing products with the specific color and pattern needs of core customers in these segments.

Focusing on tenant improvement, education and resident living as key growth opportunities allows Philadelphia Commercial to stay laser focused on current customer needs. All-new carpet tile styles feature the versatility of Philadelphia Commercial’s StrataWorx tile platform, which brings premium-level benefits to installs requiring affordability. New resilient launches come complete with the brand’s ExoGuard finish for durable performance. All new introductions address shifts in customer preference from “playing it safe” with design to empowering customers to infuse more personality into spaces, regardless of budget.

Aim High + Rise Up

These 18 x 36 carpet tile styles showcase how Philadelphia Commercial is elevating style and design options within the brand’s value-centric carpet tile portfolio with larger patterns and more color options in this price point. Both styles offer value with Pivotal PET fiber, plus they aim to offer peace of mind with StrataWorx tile platform and a 15-Year Commercial Limited Warranty.

Philadelphia CommercialVantage + Visibility

Visibility features a subtle eroded plaid texture while Vantage adds an architectural element of intersecting lines.

The large-scale patterns of these 18 x 36 carpet tile styles add a premium aesthetic to Philadelphia Commercial’s value-centric carpet tile portfolio. With rich color combinations from Pivotal PET fiber, the StrataWorx tile platform and a 15-Year commercial limited warranty, Vantage and Visibility are designed to add a sophisticated point of view to any space.

New hard surface introductions from Philadelphia Commercial include:

Novara

Each 24 x 24 tile is 5mm thick with a 20-mil wear layer. Its seven tonal colors are designed to work individually or with one another for more graphic installations. Novara also comes with ExoGuard scratch-resistant finish and is backed by a 15-Year limited warranty as well as an underbed warranty for installation versatility.

Obelisk

Obelisk is available in six colorations, designed to reflect the natural beauty of marble, soapstone or slate. Each color was curated to mix and match with one another. All six visuals are available as 5mm-thick LVT cut to 18 x 36, 2.5mm-thick LVT cut to 12 x 24 and 12 x 24 SPC formats. These three platforms aim to solve unique needs across a broad range of environments and market segments. Obelisk features the company’s scratch-resistant finish technology, ExoGuard, and is backed by a 15-Year limited warranty.

Philadelphia CommercialQuietude

These premium walnut and white oak visuals are a designed as a solution for spaces that need to mitigate sound transfer through the floor without the need for additional underlayment. The integrated pad’s advanced sound mitigation properties help Quietude achieve a remarkably high IIC rating of 59, which is just shy of carpet tile’s rating of 61. Each 6 x 48 Quietude plank is 5mm thick, has a 20-mil wear layer and offers additional peace of mind with the ExoGuard Technology and a 15-Year limited warranty.
