This particular modern river house is located on the banks of the Neris River, in Lithuania’s Vilnius County. Retaining the existing trees around the house and even commemorating the former birch through the design concept, architects imagined a home where you would feel outdoors in any space.

Studija Lape completed the Yacht House , a modern residence in a suburb of Vilnius, Lithuania, near the edge of a forest. The large aquarium is a decorative reference to the sea; a swimming pool and jacuzzi in the courtyard continue the water theme outdoors.
