GO Resilient CanadaExport, Pa.—Karndean Designflooring, an industry-leading supplier of premium LVT, has acquired GO Resilient Canada luxury vinyl flooring assets. With the acquisition, Karndean continues its growth by expanding North American sales and operations, establishing the Karndean Designflooring Canada entity under its company umbrella.

Bill Anderson, Karndean CEO, said the acquisition represents a natural evolution of a longstanding partnership, creating a vertical integration that will benefit the Canadian market. “Our relationship with GO Resilient Canada dates back 25 years,” he said. “Under general manager Tim Craik’s leadership, GO Resilient Canada has been a trusted partner that shares our values, and I am excited to start this new chapter alongside Tim and the team.”

Craik promised a smooth transition for customers and partners, with no change in the Burlington, Ontario, operations. “We are thrilled about the acquisition of GO Resilient Canada’s LVT assets, which represents a significant step in our commitment to offering unparalleled quality and service to our Canadian customers,” Craik said. “This move strengthens our ability to innovate, design and deliver exceptional flooring solutions, further solidifying our position as a leader in the Canadian vinyl flooring market.”

With global headquarters in the United Kingdom, Karndean is embarking on its sixth decade as a family-owned business. The company’s growth in North America is a testament to founder Mike Walker’s vision and ideals.

“Innovation, bold thinking and a pioneering spirit are embedded in our DNA,” Anderson said. “They’re the ideals that made this day possible, and they’re the ideals we’ll embrace moving forward in our commitment to customers. We welcome GO Resilient Canada to the Karndean family and look forward to exciting new opportunities ahead.”
