Wickham, Quebec Canada—Jean Pierre Nittolo, principal owner of privately held Wickham Hardwood Flooring, has announced the current ownership team has approved the addition of two minority shareholders to the company: Paul Rezuke and Derick Roy.

Rezuke, who has served as vice president of U.S. sales since 2016, has increased Wickham’s presence in America. At the time of his hire, Wickham Hardwood’s sales in the U.S. represented less than 50%; that number is expected to be around 65% this year.

Roy, director of Canadian sales, joined Wickham right out of College and has contributed to the company’s success and growth both in Canada and the U.S. According to Nittolo, he has proven himself to be a valuable sales manager and possesses strong operational skills.

“These new owners bring a dedicated commitment to the long-term stability of Wickham Hardwood Flooring,” Nittolo added.

Their ownership additions became effective April 27, 2023.
