Summit FlooringSolon, Ohio—Tarkett said it has entered into a distribution partnership with Summit Flooring Supply. Effective immediately, Tarkett said Summit Flooring will represent the company’s resilient product portfolio with a footprint that spans the Kansas, Missouri, Southern Illinois, Nebraska, Wyoming and Colorado markets. The agreement expands Tarkett’s distribution network, enhancing the company’s ability to effectively respond to the needs of commercial customers in the market, according to the company.

“For Tarkett, partnering with Summit Flooring supports our focus on strategic expansion in distribution, which presents an important growth opportunity for our company,” said Jeff Fenwick, president, commercial business, Tarkett North America. “Summit Flooring has a strong reputation for quality service and solutions with flooring dealers, installers and contractors, which will help enhance Tarkett’s reach in key strategic markets. We’re excited to have the opportunity to partner with them today and well into the future.”

Summit Flooring now has inventories of Tarkett rubber tile and wall base accessories, helping it serve customers in key commercial segments including education, workplace, healthcare and multifamily, Tarkett said.
