mute stepSan Diego—Cali, the omni-channel flooring and decking company, released four new styles for its popular Cali Vinyl Mute Step collection. The rigid core LVP flooring includes attached, specialized IXPE padding that lines the bottom of each plank, providing an extra layer of comfort and sound insulation, according to the company.

The new Mute Step colors borrow visuals from tropical woods like koa, mango and teak to bring customers an authentic look and feel. Specialized imaging and surface embossing make rich tones and grains available to homeowners.

Like all Cali Vinyl collections, Mute Step is 100% waterproof and can be installed in kitchens, bathrooms and basements. The collection includes a commercial-grade, scratch-resistant wear layer and sturdy click-lock milling, making for fast room transformations with no need for glue, nails or acclimation.

Planks are backed by a 50-year residential and a 15-year commercial warranty. All Cali flooring is FloorScore certified and safe for homes with families and pets.
