Calhoun, Ga.—Mannington Commercial said it remains operational to manufacture and stock flooring material in all product categories. The U.S. manufacturer will remain fully operational in its Georgia, New Jersey and Florida-based carpet, LVT, resilient sheet and rubber manufacturing facilities to continue serving customer needs during these challenging times.

“It is through the efforts and dedication of many Mannington Commercial associates that we have been able to remain operational to service our customer’s needs,” said Tom Pendley, president of Mannington Commercial. “The continued health and safety of our associates and customers remains a top priority during this time.”

Product availability details include:

  • Carpet: Six Xpress carpet collections, 16 products in total, with up to 1,000 yards in-stock material ready for shipping in five business days. Two Xpress walk-off collections, five products in total, with up to 500 yards stock material available for shipping next business day. Thousands of yards ready to ship from multiple collections. Four-to-six week lead times on all other products.
  • LVT: Multiple LVT constructions are available in-stock for shipping in five business days or less with more than 10,000 SKUs made in the Madison, Ga., facility and available in 20 days or less.
  • Resilient Sheet: All heterogeneous and homogeneous sheet products, made at the Salem, N.J., facility, with more than 7 million square feet in stock.
  • Rubber: 10 colors of TS wall base are in stock. All TP and TV wall base, moldings, treads and accessories boast a two-week lead time. All rubber products are produced at the company’s Eustis, Fla., and Calhoun, Ga., facilities.

To ensure the safety and well-being of Mannington’s associates and customers, the company has adapted its work environment to comply with all CDC regulations and guidelines, including work-from-home options where possible, social distancing, hand washing and wearing face coverings. All manufacturing facilities have implemented enhanced professional disinfecting and deep cleaning processes.
