Tuscaloosa, Ala.—RFMS, a leading software developer for the flooring industry, will host an educational event in 2021. The RFMS Owner & Education Conference 2021, titled “Stay in Tune with the Future,” will be held in Nashville, Tenn., on April 19-21.

The three-day, in-person/digital hybrid event aims to bring together some of the most successful companies in the flooring industry to provide opportunities for owners, managers and users to learn about software developments, collaborate with industry peers, strategize with RFMS staff and have some fun.

“RFMS is founded on the value of relationships both with our employees and industry leaders but especially with our clients,” said Rod Bayless, COO, RFMS. “2020 has been a particularly challenging year for us all; however, the flooring industry is resilient and RFMS is ready to help our clients move forward into a promising future. We understand that travel and group gatherings may still be impacted in April 2021. That is why, for the first time ever, RFMS will offer a hybrid learning alternative. Along with the in-person students, the conference will be offered in a virtual workshop format for those who are unable to travel to Nashville. This is an excellent opportunity for not only our clients but also our vendor sponsors to network and communicate either in-person or via the virtual environment.”

RFMS users can come together and choose from over 100 different workshops running in 12 different classrooms. Class schedules are designed for owners, sales professionals, accounting/operations staff, estimators and just about anyone else who works in a flooring business and uses RFMS and Measure.

“Stay in Tune with the Future”

According to the company, the event is designed to inspire users through networking and software training. The company said it invites attendees to experience the latest and greatest RFMS has to offer by seeing the hundreds of program additions and enhancements firsthand. This conference offers opportunities for users to discover why the new features were developed and how they can be implemented to add real, tangible value into their company. RFMS has an exclusive buyout at the Hilton Downtown Nashville hotel for the duration of the conference. What does this mean for attendees?

  • All Hilton Downtown Nashville guest rooms are currently reserved exclusively for RFMS conference attendees, RFMS staff and sponsors
  • No crowds from other meetings or conferences running simultaneously. All hotel meeting space will be accessible only to RFMS conference attendees, RFMS staff and sponsors
  • Social spaces within the hotel (VIP lounge, dining and bar areas) will be for RFMS conference attendees, RFMS staff and sponsors
  • All vendor space will be exclusive to RFMS conference attendees, RFMS staff and sponsors
  • Strict control over social distancing and all health requirements for group events per the CDC
