iF Design AwardsSeoul, South Korea—Nox, a global LVT flooring leader, has won the prestigious iF Design Awards, the world-renowned design award based in Germany. The winning products, Nox LVT and LOOM+, won in the category of Textiles/Walls/Floor.

The iF Design Award is recognized as one of the top three global design awards, according to Nox, along with Germany’s Red Dot and the US IDEA. This year, 11,000 entries from 72 countries competed for the award.

Winning all three awards, IDEA, Red Dot and iF, Nox reasserted its design competitiveness in the LVT flooring industry.

The winning product includes:

Half Moon Parquet—The motifs of this design, inspired by the moon in the forest and wood and stone from nature, aim to exude an oriental and graceful serenity in the form of modern geometry with a special sense of harmony and a classic aura, creating a distinctive feeling.

LOOM+ Strato—LOOM+ is Nox’s hybrid carpet flooring with various designs, including the award-winning Strato, that addresses the hygiene concerns of conventional carpets while providing easy maintenance, excellent walking comfort and water resistance. It is also known for being installed in the world’s busiest airports by passenger traffic in Thailand.

Nox LVT is also known for its utilization of eco-friendly raw materials. Nox uses Bio-Circular Balanced PVC, a sustainable raw material produced using discarded resources, such as waste cooking oil and environmentally friendly phthalate-free plasticizers made from recycled PET bottles. These materials make up more than 90% of the flooring’s raw materials, contributing to 114% and 30% carbon reduction, respectively, and have earned ISCC PLUS certification.

Meanwhile, NOX LVT is produced under its first and only Circular IVP (Integrated Vertical Production) system, which controls the process and quality from raw materials to final products, resulting in excellent stability and durability and a large selection of designs, with more than 6,000.
