ARDEX

Gription, the latest innovative adhesive product from Henry—an Ardex brand—is designed for installing a wide range of vinyl flooring and carpet tiles in both residential and commercial environments. Gription, a solvent-free, acrylic, polymer-based adhesive, is designed to receive flooring in a dry-to-the-touch or semi-wet state. This is particularly useful in repositioning sheet products.

SIKA/DRITAC

SikaBond T17 is a one-component, low-odor, moisture-cured polyurethane adhesive for full surface bonding of wood flooring. SikaBond-T17 will tenaciously bond wood to most surfaces, including concrete, plywood and leveling and patch underlayments that have been properly prepared.

SikaBond T17 may be used to bond all engineered wood flooring, solid flat-milled shorts and solid shorts designed by the manufacturer for glue-down applications. This adhesive can also be used for many other bonding applications that are common for light commercial and residential applications, including acoustic rubber underlayment systems.

Schönox offers Emiclassic Premium, a universal, non-latex, pressure-sensitive adhesive for all flexible floor coverings. Emiclassic is ideal for installing vinyl, linoleum, synthetic rubber and other popular flexible coverings. Schönox Emiclassic is available in a 4 gallon bucket and a new 1.25 gallon option—the latter of which is ideal for installations in smaller, confined spaces, making it ideal for multi-family applications.

STAUF

M400 Endura-Tac, a premium universal flooring adhesive from Stauf USA, is designed for wood, rubber, vinyl and practically all materials that require permanent adhesion to any substrate or surface. M400 may also be utilized for all glue-assist applications for hardwood flooring installations. The product retains a very high shear strength when cured and yet remains elastomeric to allow for seasonable changes in which expansion and contraction may occur. Once cured, M400 is waterproof; it’s also suitable for radiant-heated subfloors.
