Manchester, N.H.—As breast cancer awareness month begins, Carpet One Floor & Home is launching a new pink ribbon welcome mat campaign. The “Carpet One Welcomes Your Support” campaign supports long-time charitable partner, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).

Through the sales of pink ribbon welcome mats, Carpet One Floor & Home supports BCRF in their mission to prevent and cure breast cancer by advancing the world’s most promising research, the company said.

“We are extremely proud of this year’s collections,” said Terri Daniels, VP of PR & communications. “They represent the important cause they support and add a little extra style to any doorway in the home.”

This year’s new collection of welcome mat designs aims to highlight BCRF’s mission with three themed collections: Research, Support and Thrive.

The Research Collection of pink ribbon welcome mats is inspired by the work of BCRF and researchers around the world. It honors those dedicated to solving the complex puzzle that is breast cancer.

The Support collection honors those everyday comforts that help women tackle the daily challenges of breast cancer.

The Thrive Collection celebrates the lives of all the women who are forever impacted by this disease but continue to move forward with grace and determination and continue to thrive.

A fourth collection, the Celebrate Collection, is slated for release in late fall 2020 and will include holiday themed designs for the upcoming holiday season.

In addition to the new welcome mat designs, Carpet One Floor & Home will be supporting BCRF with a social media campaign highlighting the importance of research. The campaign’s theme is “Research is the Reason” and ties in with the BCRF’s current storytelling campaign.

“For nearly three decades, BCRF has steadily forged a path toward a future without breast cancer,” said Myra Biblowit, BCRF president and CEO. “Research is the reason deaths from breast cancer have declined by 40% since our founding. We could not support groundbreaking, lifesaving science without the support of our partners. We’re so grateful to Carpet One Floor & Home for their continued commitment to our mission.”

Participating Carpet One Floor & Home retailers are provided with a suite of marketing assets to help support their local campaigns. From print ads and in-store signage to digital ads and social media graphics, members are provided everything they need for a successful campaign in October and beyond.

All of Carpet One Floor & Home’s welcome mats are appropriate for indoor and outdoor use, machine washable and made in the USA. Welcome mats are available in participating Carpet One Floor & Home stores throughout the year.
