Crossville, Tenn.—Crossville has updated its website, crossvilleinc.com, with enhanced functionality to better empower designers and specifiers to easily identify and select tile as well as access latest trend ideas and information.

“Designers spoke, and we didn’t just listen—we took action,” explained Lindsey Waldrep, Crossville vice president of marketing. “We’ve implemented these website updates based on feedback from specifying designers and our distribution network. Our goal with every website feature is to help designers select our tile collections confidently.”

Follwing is a list and explanation of each of the site updates:

Zoom, view in 3D, download quickly

The site’s product pages now offer the ability to zoom in to see product details up to four times. Also, there’s 3D viewing and quick image download functionality. These features are found on the lower left of each product image card. Simply select an individual product image from a product’s main page to get going.

Sort products faster

Crossville product search is now simpler than ever, as categories are separated by tile, panels and slabs within the search navigation on the Products page. This update will help visitors pinpoint the exact option they’re looking for more quickly and easily.

Easily access Look Books

Quick links to Crossville’s library of digital Look Books are now included on the Design Inspiration page. This handy feature makes it simple to find and share these visually exciting publications that convey all the latest colors and trends.

“One of the core values of our company is continuous improvement, and that certainly applies to our website strategy,” Waldrep said. “We’re continually making improvements based on the way designers are engaging with our digital resources.”
