HomeCOVID-19Tom's Tips launches part four of multi-part series

Dalton—Throughout the pandemic, Tom Jennings, WFCA’s vice president of professional development, has shared valuable insights for retailers through short video lessons launched weekly.

This week, Jennings has launched part four off a multi-part series, available above, titled “Lessons learned from informercials.” In this episode, Jennings talks about how retailers need to develop their own style that is comfortable both for them and their target customer.

The third part in the series, available here, talked about how infomercial salespeople never make a presentation where they fail to visibly demonstrate the superiority of their product.
