Fort Lee, N.J.—Following Couristan’s announcement earlier this week regarding a price increase on residential broadloom/roll runner assortments, the company said it has moved back the effective date to begin with orders on or after Dec. 15, 2021.

Bob Tucci, executive vice president of broadloom sales, recently the following statement in a letter to Couristan dealers:

“Understanding how price increases affect your business and the internal coordination that you must endure during a transition period, we have decided to change our price increase effective date from Dec. 1, 2021 to Dec. 15, 2021. This new date will include all orders placed on or after Dec. 15, 2021. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, your satisfaction is important to us, as we value our partnership with you. As a reminder, we have updated our dealer portal and your price list accordingly. Please remember our price lists are only available electronically on our portal. If you have any problems accessing your price list, please contact your local Couristan territory manager or our pricing department at Pricing@couristan.com for any assistance. We thank you for your feedback and understanding as we look forward to collaborating and strengthening our partnership with you for the years ahead.”
