Goose Rocks

Fort Lee, N.J.—Couristan unveiled two new broadloom introductions: Anakena and Goose Rocks.

Offering a Boho style designed for today’s casual living spaces, the company said Anakena has been created to enhance the casual appearance of any interior with a fresh sense of ambience. Available in a 15-foot width, the line is said to be sensibly textured to create a tranquil feeling in any décor. Fashioned in a palette of earth-inspired base colors, Couristan said the Bohemian style trellis pattern is embellished in a hand-tufted loop pile of 100% pure wool for a soothing and strong appearance.

According to the company, Goose Rocks has been stylized to create a calming and relaxing mood while complementing a number of different types of casual living spaces. With its simple, natural appearance, the linear square design provides a modern plaid appearance and offers a soothing textured element for the floor that will not overstate its presence, the company said.

Stocked in a 15-foot width, the company said the hand-loomed, flat-weave carpet is woven of 100% PET, high-content recycled materials, which offers exceptional softness and color clarity. Represented in a series of colors including Acadia Grey, Bangor Blue, Kennebunk Blue and Nantucket Pink, each base color is punctuated with accent colors to create its tone-on-tone appearance while adding depth and dimension to its overall aesthetic.
