Our last company for the week is another gem from America. Founded in 1986, Whistling Frog is the creation of artist Rick Pruckler. Blue Bird Nest Art Tile Hummingbird Art Tile. With previous experience in mural installations and the art of ceramics, Whilstling Frog came about as means to let Pruckler’s creativity run riot. Forming custom glazes and variety of tile making techniques, pieces incorporating elements of nature and stark contrasts began to evolve.

Washington, D.C.—Confidence in the market for new multifamily housing decreased in the second quarter, according to results from the Multifamily Market Survey (MMS) released today by National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The MMS produces two separate indices. The Multifamily Production Index (MPI) dropped three points to 48 compared to the previous quarter.

Spartanburg, S.C.— Milliken will initiate a 2% to 4% price increase for its commercial soft surface flooring and an increase of 5% to 10% for resilient flooring to take effect Sept. 20, 2021. The initiative includes its North and South American portfolio of commercial modular carpet collections, resilient flooring and entryway products to respond to the rising costs of raw materials.
