Mannington raise pricesSalem, N.J.— Mannington and Phenix will both raise prices on several product categories effective with shipments beginning April 19.

Mannington said both companies are committed to delivering their customers the best in technological innovation, product quality, fashion-forward design and world-class service. However, they said they continue to be challenged by rising costs in raw materials and freight, and with that must implement a price increase on select hard and soft surface flooring products.

“We have done all we can to offset and mitigate these increases, but they cannot be fully absorbed and we must pass along an increase to the market,” the companies said in a joint statement.

Effective with shipments beginning April 19, increases on the following types of flooring will go into effect:

  • Mannington hardwood, laminate and LVT: 4%-8% with a minimum $0.10 per square foot on many of the company’s top vinyl plank flooring products
  • Phenix LVT: 4%-8% with a minimum $0.10 per square foot
  • Phenix Carpet: 4%-8% with a minimum $0.27 per square yard

The increase will apply to all shipments in the U.S. and Canada.

Mannington previously announced a 3%-5% increase on residential resilient sheet products effective March 29.
