Obituary: Marvin Youngerman, 93

Marvin Youngerman, former floor covering executive at Columbus Mills and Bruce Hardwood, died Jan. 22. He was 93. Youngerman’s floor covering career spanned well over 50 years before retiring as vice president of sales for Columbus Mills. His first sales position was with Colonial Distributors in Brooklyn, N.Y. After learning his craft, he joined the Monarch division of Barwick Carpet Mills covering the New York metro area.
