Mercerville, N.J.—Congoleum has entered into a distribution agreement with Wanke Cascade, a subsidiary of Buckwold Western Ltd., to bring Cleo flooring to their northwest markets.

“We have always prided ourselves in offering the industry’s top brands and the latest technology,” said Rob Tarver, president of Wanke Cascade. “Our employees and our customers are excited about Cleo for the same reason. You get an eco-focused floor with awesome durability and amazing visuals. You don’t have to make compromises with Cleo. There is nothing else like it.”

Introduced in 2018, Cleo Home is an innovative and patented construction that practically eliminates visual repeats with high-fidelity digital imaging applied directly to an eco-forward mineral base. Cleo is a resilient product that is free of all PVC, plasticizers, phthalates and chloro-chemicals.

“The market has welcomed Cleo with incredible enthusiasm and it’s not surprising when you see everything Cleo delivers…PVC-free, made in the United States and incredible designs that have been described as visual artistry,” said Kurt Denman, chief marketing and sales officer, Congoleum.

Chris O’Connor, CEO, Congoleum, views the partnership as exciting opportunity for both companies. “The markets served by Wanke Cascade really are the sweet spot for the eco-focused construction of Cleo and we are confident Rob and his team will have incredible successful with the line,” O’Connor said. “We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship between our two organizations.”
