On a current job I returned 5 boxes of tile and one box was so heavily damaged all I returned was the box with a forklift hole in it that destroyed the entire box of tile. Too many tiles were broke or chipped so I returned them to HD who had no problem with the exchange. After receiving 5 replacements and when began installation again. I was reminded that no matter how carefully you move tile there can always be broken tile you just can't see inside the box.
