My thought , our Rep should bring by product information and have it applied to a sample of the product it should be used on , so we can see how it might change the appearance of the tile / stone , and demonstrate how the products will protect what they are applied to and against tuff stains , Also a guide of the coverage and cost so we would know how to price the product .
