This is a pre-made medallion on a mesh sheet that the homeowner cut out the center to insert the pipe. It adds an extra detail to the room that makes it feel more complete and not just a pipe going to nowhere.

This law requires that all contractors who perform $5,000 or more in home improvements in a year must register with the Attorney General’s Office.
