These three new ranges from SomerTile – Essenza, Atelie, and Mandala – combine the well-worn aesthetic of on-trend traditional tiles with the textural variety of hand-made artisanal pieces. Each collection showcases ceramic wall tiles with mixed finishes to complement the aged appearance and highlight the scuffed, faded detail. They are made from natural materials and are free from allergens, VOCs, formaldehyde and PVC.
Essenza contains three designs – Fenice, Gondola, and Valentina – each with their own shape, colour, and textural variations. Bringing them together is their use of organic shades, focusing on greens, blues and browns. Fenice and Gondola are decorated with curved ‘lantern’ and scallop shapes, while Valentina takes on more geometric forms. Each is perfectly suited to create a rustic interior environment.
Atelie‘s three designs – Apollini, Arquitect White, and Totto – are inspired by watercolours and deliver a rustic feel with a modern twist. The designs of Apollini and Arquitect White reveal their beautiful patterns when installed, while Totto uses coloured triangles and squares to create abstract motifs.
Mandala offers two faded shades; black and sea-green, plus decor tiles that come in a wide variety of designs and colours. They are perfect for interior locations and give a decorative edge to bathrooms, splashbacks, or fireplaces. Alongside the faux age marks, Mandala Decor tiles are textured, adding design depth. They work well along-side Mandala Black and Sea Green.
