Stafford, Texas—Redi Carpet, a leading flooring provider to the multi-family industry, has promoted David Rosenwasser to the roles of president and COO and Mike Mosley to the role of executive vice president. In their new leadership roles, they will focus on the company’s growth plans, customer experience and operational excellence.

“We are excited to have David and Mike in their new roles,” said Brian Caress, CEO. “They both have a deep understanding of the multi-family industry and I am confident Redi Carpet will advance our position as the leader in the multi-family flooring industry under their guidance.”

Rosenwasser joined Redi Carpet in 2018 as senior vice president, business development. Since then, he has been responsible for the acquisition and integration of four companies with a total of six locations and a new product line; window coverings. Rosenwasser brings with him years of C-level executive experience.

Mosley joined Redi Carpet in 2014 as senior vice president, eastern division. A 25+ year veteran of the multi-family flooring industry, Mosley has been instrumental in the growth of his division’s 15 branches, including three branch start-ups and two acquisitions. He has also been active in developing the company’s Leadership Development Program.

Mosley added, “I am thrilled to take on the duties of my new role as executive vice president. I will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure execution of key strategic objectives, while continuing our focus on the customer experience.”
