Stafford, Texas—Jerry Hosko is retiring from his duties as president & COO of Redi Carpet, effective Dec. 31, 2020. Hosko will remain in an advisory capacity with the company.

A 40-year veteran of the flooring industry, Hosko began his career in distribution followed by the pad manufacturing business. He spent the last 21-plus years with Redi Carpet where he was instrumental in leading the company’s growth from five locations with $26 million in revenue to 34 locations and over $300 million in revenue. He also played a vital role in starting FEI Group’s multi-family solutions division.

“Jerry is a visionary who has helped position Redi Carpet for long-term growth and continued innovations,” said Brian Caress, CEO. “We are grateful for his leadership, wisdom and knowledge, and we thank him for his invaluable contributions that will leave a legacy for years to come.”

John Hagan, senior vice president of Western Division, added, “I speak on behalf of all Redi Carpet employees in expressing my deep appreciation to Jerry for advancing Redi Carpet’s efforts in building a unique corporate culture of respect, trust and open communication. I want to wish him well in his well-earned retirement.”

Hosko noted, “It has been an honor and privilege to be part of such an amazing company. I am immensely proud of our accomplishments and grateful to the hundreds of employees who’ve made Redi Carpet the largest but, more importantly, the best flooring contractor in the multi-family industry.”
