FCA Network is celebrating its 25th anniversary, and to commemorate the occasion we have published our “FCA Network 25th Anniversary” supplement. This supplement touts the retail-building strategies the group has employed over the last two and a half decades that have helped elevate their members’ businesses.

Following is a letter from Olga Robertson, president of FCA Network:

“As you know, I have been in the flooring industry for over 40 years and in a leadership role at FCA Network for more than 20 years. I learned early on that this industry rewards hard work, and there are so many opportunities if you adopt an attitude of listening and learning from successful people like Bob Hill. I became a ‘student of the industry,’ and it served me well.

But this isn’t about me; it’s about all the people I’ve met along the way. Mentors and friends alike, growing and learning together. We survived the 80’s with high interest rates; we survived the late 90’s with the tech bubble; the tragedy of 9/11; the housing bust of 2008; the unthinkable damage to our society with the pandemic; and now the economic turmoil with high interest rates and inflation. We listen, we learn and we continue to take on challenges. The entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well and nowhere is it more palpable than in the industry that I love. The flooring industry has been good for me and I’m happy that we’ve been able to support our members and give back with our work at FCA Network.

Success for me is determined and realized when you earn the respect of good people—whether they be industry leaders who want to collaborate with you or flooring owners who rely on you to help them reach their goals and set them on a path to live a good life. The journey wasn’t easy but worth every step. If we can make a person’s life better just by being, we will continue to do what we do—one dealer at a time.

We are proud of what we’ve accomplished over these past 25 years and want to thank everyone for their support and friendship. It’s a business of relationships and we’ve partnered with the best.
