mohawk edgeCalhoun, Ga.—Throughout 2023, Mohawk is investing in specialty retailers through its Edge partner program. Launched in 2018, Edge will now feature all-new, exclusive benefits that are designed to help retailers adapt to the market and succeed in the ever-changing world of retail.

“Just like your business evolves and adapts to meet the demands of the market, Edge evolves and adapts to meet your needs,” said Kelli Widdifield, Mohawk’s senior vice president of marketing. “Based on feedback we’ve received from our retail partners over the past few years, we are excited to reveal our newly updated benefits structure.”

Since today’s consumers want a premium shopping experience, information at their fingertips and a seamless journey from online to in store, Mohawk has enhanced its product mix, pricing and marketing support to give retailers an edge in their markets.

“Edge is an earned partner status with Preferred, Select and Premier tiers,” Widdifield explained. “To simplify Edge, we now only measure status by purchase volume to allow retailers to easily move up the tier structure as their businesses grow.”

Retailers will be able to take advantage of new rewards and benefits based on their growth and loyalty.

“Our partners take pride in their work and invest in their communities because they know business is more than the products they sell—business is about people,” said Angela Duke, Mohawk’s senior director of residential marketing. “At Mohawk, we are more than flooring. We are a community. We believe our retailers are our most valuable assets, and this is why we continue to invest in them through our Edge partner program.”
